Riido Ecofarm owner Jaan Kiider will introduce his farm and its history and take you for a tour to see the farm animals – dairy cows, beef cattle and various breeds of chicken/roosters . Try some fresh, creamy, raw milk.

19: 00 - Tasting workshop - Estonian Microbrewery Craft Beers

Jaagup Rooso from Uba ja Humala, a shop specializing in small-batch roasted coffee beans and handcrafted beers from Estonia and world wide , will introduce 6 different handcrafted Estonian summer beers. The beers will be offered for tasting. 30 minutes – fee 6 €

19.00 - 22:00 Inflatable trampoline for kids

19.00 - 21.00 (offered continuously throughout the day) Handicraft workshop - Making Stained Glass Art

Learn to make stained glass creations using the Tiffany (copper-foil) method and apply decoration with the sandblasting technique. Completed works can be taken home. 20-30 min. Fee for adults 5 €, sudents 3 €

19:00 - Performance by the women’s folk dance group KAARMA KARGUS

Mirjam Pikkmets, owner/producer of Mätiku Dairy Farm and Inge Uulits, owner/producer of Epi farm, match up their products for new flavor combinations of cheeses and preserves produced to be enjoyed with cheese.

30 minutes– fee 3 €

20:30 - Gameela Dance Studio performance, An ambitious dance program featuring rhythmic melodies and colorful costumes. The performance is of a variety of belly dancing styles, using veils, scarves and candelabras.

8.30 - Kundalini Yoga, morning workshop led by instructor Helena Mai Navdeep Kaur.

We will center ourselves in the present, so that we can live to our fullest in our thoughts and deeds at the present moment. The teaching is intertwined with physical exercises, breathing, meditation and mantras.

Marju Müür of Koplimäe organic farm will guide the process of making pancakes. Make your own pancakes from a choice of spelt, buckwheat or rye flour. The flours come from Marju’s own farm. Fee for pancake with jam 2 €

Heidi Tiik, owner of Andruse organic and tourist farm, will teach you how to make body scrubs. Choose the ingredients and mix them together yourself. Then take the body scrub home and use it in your own tub or sauna. The scrub will feed your skin and make it soft. The workshop takes about 20 minutes– fee 5€

11.00 – Taste workshop - The Contribution of Bees to our Food Table

Beekeeper Aivar Raudmets and owner of company Mesinduskoda OÜ , will speak about beekeeping in Saaremaa and the properties of various honeys. Different local honeys will be offered for tasting. 30 minutes – fee 2 €

11.00 - Vaivere village tour

Village elder Edgar Siiner will talk about the history of the village and take you on a walking tour to see the historic sites. 40 minutes – fee 1 €

12.00 – Tasting workshop - Saaremaa Mustards

Birgit Kutzera and Andreas Wittke, owners of Mustjala Mustard OÜ, will introduce their product line of mustards which they make at their farm. Tasting of an array of mustards. 30 minutes – fee 1 €

12:00 – Handicraft workshop - Wet Felting

Aili Peel, sheep breeder and accomplished felter, will teach the technique of wet felting. Participants will felt a hot pot holder that they can take home. 60 minutes – fee 3 €

12:00 – NATURE DISCOVERY GAME for school age children

The outdoor educational adventure game will be organized by NGO Vaivere  Kodukant. (the local village association) Duration 60 - 90 minutes– fee 1 €

The brewmaster from Pihtla Brewery, the oldest microbrewery in Estonia, will offer 5 types of pasteurized beer and 2 types of traditional home-style unpasteurized beer.

30 minutes – fee 3 €
